This lovely townhouse has been lovingly renovated with light wood laminate floors, has a new 
kitchen of beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  The bathrooms are 
also new; one has a tub, the other has a large step-in shower and the powder room a 
pedestal sink. The oversized upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed.  The secondary 
bedroom has a queen and the shower bathroom within(en suite). Entry into your vacation 
home is through a romantic privately gated patio  with table and chairs, garden and sliding 
doors.  The ground floor of the townhouse has a great room overlooking a granite breakfast 
bar of the new kitchen.  The sitting room has a flat screen tv that is wall mounted and visible 
to the whole room.  There is a full dining table and chairs also in this great room for 
entertaining.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pool, whirlpool, clubhouse with business center, large screen tv, billiards, and workout room.  
Located one block to public ramp into the intracoastal waterway, and three blocks to the 
ocean.  The community is dotted with water fountains and large tropical foliage.

Activities and Attractions

Fun in the sun is the watchword for this small townhouse community by the sea.  Proximity 
to shopping centers, movie theaters, restaurants, clubs, boating, shell hunting, public parks 
and beaches and general sightseeing.  The main artery of US 1 is close by.  Palm Beach 
International airport is about a 15-20 minute drive. We love living fulltime in South Florida, 
and if you need guidance on where/what/when/how, we are happy to share some of our 
faves! 

Vacation Rental Rates

seasonal rates $2650/month for shorter than four months; 2400/month for 4-11 months; 
1850/month for annual.  One month deposit and first month at time of lease.  Pet deposit as 
individually determined.
