Enjoy views of the golf course while eating your meals! The dining area opens up to the spacious living area that features a fireplace, comfortable seating, an entertainment center and a gorgeous tray ceiling. Off of the living area is a half bathroom. From the living area, walk out on the back deck and enjoy wonderful golf views and nice breezes. The porch also features a gas grill.

There are two bedrooms located on the first floor. The master bedroom is on the backside of the house and has a door leading out to the porch. There is a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with his and her sinks, a walk-in shower, a large walk-in closet and a soaking tub. The guest bedroom also located on the 1st floor has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bath and the other has two twin beds and an en-suite bath.

There is a bonus room over the two car garage. This large open room has two couches that pull out into twin sleeper sofas and also has a full bathroom. This is the perfect space to watch a movie, build a puzzle or just retreat from the rest of the group!

The beach is a short 10 minute bike ride from this home. If you would prefer to drive there is also beach access parking. Kiawah Island has 5 public golf courses, 2 tennis centers, bike trails, a nature center, Night Heron Park and much more. Come and stay with us!
