Rates for the Harbor Lodge Waterfront Estate depend on length of
stay and season. Rates are as follows:

Peak Season and Holidays:
2011 Rates are $795/night with a 5-night minimum, or $4770/week.

Off Season excluding Holidays:
Rates are $695/night with a 2-night minimum, or 4170/week.

Cancellation Policy:  Once funds are collected, they are not refunded for cancellation.  However - we will give you up to 12 months to reschedule your stay with us and apply those funds to a new reservation!
