This is the best possible location for your vacation in San Diego! Right on the beach! We have one of the largest private patios available anywhere and this is one of the cleanest properties on the boardwalk. We also have high-speed wireless internet available as well as a private one-car garage.

This property is great for families with children and people who desire a little more privacy and security. The patio is completely enclosed and can only be accessed through the living room. It's a great place to watch the dolphins playing in the surf or simply enjoying the beautiful sunsets while sipping your favorite drink.

We keep our home super clean and simply furnished to ensure the most relaxing and pleasant vacation experience possible. Although the view is worth the price alone, we have done our best to make sure that you will enjoy your stay and be as comfortable indoors as well as out. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a sturdy bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom.

Our condo includes a washer/dryer that was purchased in November 2011.  The master bedroom furniture was purchased in December 2011 and was made in Italy.  High-speed wireless internet is available as well as a private one-car garage.

Our property is located on the boardwalk in Mission Beach - about two blocks north of Belmont Park and the Giant Dipper historic roller coaster and easy walking distance to several surf and bike rental businesses, numerous restaurants and coffee shops. You can walk to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or just step out on your own patio and enjoy life from the most desirable location in Mission Beach!

Sea World is about a five minute drive from here and our location provides easy access to the airport, local freeways, and major transportation routes as well.

Our property includes a PRIVATE one-car garage as well as additional tandem parking that is available first-come first-served. Parking is considered a luxury here at the beach, so be sure you stay here so you can have a place to park your vehicle while enjoying your vacation on our large private patio.

San Diego is full of pleasant surprises for visitors and locals alike. There are 70 miles of beaches, numerous cliffs and tidal pools, and nearly every water activity available under the sun. Major attractions such as Sea World, Legoland, and the world famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park offer a day's worth of fun each by themselves. Museums seem to be around every corner. Historical monuments and points of interest abound. Restaurants and nightclubs offer every choice from the most casual to the most elegant. There are shops for every kind of shopper: indoor and outdoor malls, street vendors, sidewalk shops, strip malls, cultural shopping centers and markets, and then some. Mountains and deserts are nearby and Mexico is just down the street, almost. Yes, there is something here for everyone. Rates do not include cleaning fee, tax, or deposit.  We accept most major credit cards and e-checks (ACH).

The cleaning fee is $120, tax is 10.5%, and the reservation/security deposit is $249 ($200 refundable, $49 damage insurance)

The daily rate varies by number of nights reserved; more nights = lower rate.

Stays between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends are Saturday to Saturday unless approved by manager.  Summer 2013 weekly rates:
