cable televisions, DVD/CD player, high speed Internet (optional),  
screened lanai and covered parking. Sleeps 6-8. 
Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club offers great golfing on a  
championship golf course, driving range, practice putting greens,  
beautiful clubhouse with bar and restaurant, pro shop, fitness  
center, lighted tennis courts, heated pools and spas.

January-March - $3200/month  
April - $2500/month  
May-September - $1600/month  
October-December $2500/month  
MULTIPLE MONTH DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE  
Prices subject to 6% Florida state tax and 4% Collier county tax.  
Security deposit of $750 is due upon lease signing; deposit is non- 
refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to  
starting lease date. Deposit will be refunded upon inspection and  
return of keys. 
Monthly rental due on the first day of the month in advance. 
Cleaning fee - $100 
Golf and country club transfer fee (optional) - $150. 
No smoking. No pets.
