This beautiful vacation house was designed to entertain everyone.  It has a private pool, hot tub, one of the most advance large screen entertainment systems in a vacation rental home.

This Great  Entertainment Vacation Home is a beautiful and clean vacation house.  It has 2300 s.f., 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, private pool, and hot tub.  The house furniture has been carefully selected to match this all wood furnishing.  There are many large hand-painted oil painting throughout the house for your viewing pleasure.

This living room has sofa that can be converted into a king-sized sleeping bed and chair. The dining room has a counter height dining table set that can seat 8.  The family room also has sofa that can be converted into a king-sized sleeping bed, matching love seat, gas fireplace, and designer rug, and entertainment system.

The kitchen has all the appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. large refrigerator, new dishwasher, microwave, and range/oven.

The master bedroom has 7-piece king bed set, 23" LCD cable TV, ceiling fan, and 3 large sliding mirror closet doors.  The master bath includes 2 vanities, toilet, and jetted tub/shower. Bedroom #2 has a 7-piece queen bed set, 19" cable LCD TV, ceiling fan and large sliding mirror closet doors. Bedroom #3 has a 6-piece queen bed set, 19" cable LCD TV, ceiling fan and large sliding mirror closet doors .  Bedroom #4, which is upstairs, has two bunk bed sets (twin/full), extra window A/C, and a 19” cable LCD TV. Bedroom #5, which is upstairs, has a full bed, extra window A/C, and a 17" cable LCD TV.  The second bathroom has one vanity, one toilet, and a tub/shower. There are 2 king-sized sofa beds as well as 3 queen air mattresses available for use.  Two of the bathrooms in this house are full sized and the third bathroom is a small outdoor pool bathroom.  All three bathrooms are on the first floor and all have toilet, sink, and shower.  Two of the bathrooms have tubs.  This house features central air conditioning and heating.

The first indoor great entertainment system is in the Family Room which features a 50” plasma HDTV with digital HD cable with Netflix, and Blu-ray.  The second indoor great entertainment system is in the air condition garage consisting of a superbly integrated HD Cable DVR, Blu-ray player, Netflix streaming, and Xbox console on a LARGE 7’ x 4’ CINEMA SCREEN.  The HD digital projector is ceiling mounted with Dolby digital sound system.  Programming on cable includes over 200 channels, including HD, commercial free music channels, 8 HBO, as well as hundreds of free Netflix movies and TV shows streaming on TW Turbo plus high speed broadband.  Seating includes sofa, love seat, and chair.  In addition, there are 7’ air hockey table and 54" foosball table.  For those that have not had a chance to experienced home theater with a 8-foot diagonal screen, this will be a most enjoyable and memorable experience.  Try out the XBox 360 games on this INCREDIBLE CINEMA SCREEN. Select from many Xbox 360 games such as Halo 3, Guitar Hero III Legends of Rock, Guitar Hero Aerosmith (one guitar), Dead or Alive 4, Perfect Dark Zero, Viking Battle for Asgard, Call of Duty World at War , Project Gotham Racer 3, Fracture, & Ultimate Alliance.

These sophisticated entertainment systems were designed for ease of use such that manuals are not needed.  Operation of these systems is quite simple.  These two entertainment rooms are the ideal places for kids as well as adults to relax with a movie, TV show, video games, or surf the internet after your long and hard day at the theme park, beach, or sightseeing.

Outdoor patio entertainment features a swimming pool, hot tub, safety lock gate, built-in gas BBQ, Wicker dining table set with seating for a total of 12 and a matching Wicker conversation set, and propane patio heater.  There is a basketball hoop in front of the house available for use.  This house has programmable key-less entry. No worry for lost key.

There is printer available use free of charge.  There is a notebook available that contains description of some attractions, directions, airports, and recommendations of nearby restaurants plus some reviews.  The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to a freeways, restaurants, convenience stores and a lot more.
