Vacation Rental Description

Come relax and entertain friends in this elegant 3,000 square foot
home located in a private, gated community and surrounded by lush
tropical gardens. The dining and living room areas have expansive
sliding glass doors and terraces that overlook the gardens and
rainforest. Upon arrival, guests of the Mot Mot house will be treated
to complimentary fresh tropical flowers, wine, Costa Rican coffee, and
a selection of the areas freshest tropical fruits.

Inside, Mot Mot features numerous fine construction details; the
interior lighting has been designed to softly draw attention to the
many decorative elements, many of which were purchased by the owner on
trips to Asia.  The villa has three large bedrooms, one small bedroom,
and two baths (one with a whirlpool).  All the rooms are
high-ceilinged and have overhead fans.  Carefully selected antique
furniture further enhances the rich feeling of comfort in this
exclusive dream vacation property.   

Outdoors, lounge in the mosaic, designer pool or relax in the jacuzzi
while warming up the BBQ to grill your personal catch-of-the-day. Bird
and nature lovers will be enthralled by the diversity of tropical
birds and other exotic animals.  The Mot Mot house is visited by three
species of monkeys: the Titi is one of the most endangered animals on
earth but is abundant here, the White Faced monkey is one of the most
intelligent, and the Howler is distinctive as being the second loudest
animal in the world. 

Green areas cover a large portion of this private community, including
5 km of hiking trails with small creeks, waterfalls and an observation
tower. 

Located within easy walking distance and on the same private property,
guests may visit the new RAINDROP SPA, a beautifully appointed, full
service day spa complete with outdoor gardens, and imported Balinese
treatment rooms.

For your pleasure and comfort the following amenities are offered: 
Air conditioning, phone TV, DVD and CD player, fully-equipped kitchen
with refrigerator and stove, coffee maker and blender, washer and
dryer(bed linens and towels are provided). The villa offers generous
