Vacation Rental Description

The Maui Banyan Condominium is located in beautiful South Kihei, on 
the island's south shore. The resort enjoys a prime location and 
access to adjacent Kamaole Beach II, with its playgrounds and open 
green space. The property features two swimming pools.

Our condo has been recently remodeled with granite counters, tile 
floors, updated bathrooms, and new furniture. The kitchen is fully 
equiped with all the luxuries of a high end home. All rooms have 
large LCD televisions with DVD players.  The master bedroom has a 
heavenly bed to get lost in, and the guest room has two queen size 
beds.

Walk to great restaurants, bars, shopping, and island activities. 
The unit has excellent views of Molokini, the ocean, and Haleakala

Our unit has a queen bed in the master, two queen beds in the guest 
room, and sleeper sofa.  The unit has been fully remodeled, and all 
furniture has been replaced.   Careful attention has been paid to

our guests enjoy their vacation on Maui.

Vacation Rental Rates

$120.00 per night - May & June 2008
$170.00 per night - Low Season June 1st - December 14th
$180.00 per night - High Season December 15th - April 30th

$100.00 cleaning fee + Hawaiian Transient Room Tax
