The master bedroom has two single beds and an ample wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out mattress. In the living room you have a comfortable sofa and a 32” LED TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, and all the necessary kitchen utensils you will need. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. The building in Carrer de Provenza has just been refurbished in December 2011. The 8 apartments in this house have been completely rebuilt with best materials, while the structures remain their romanticistic look. It is equipped with a modern elevator and has a beautiful roof top terrace. 

This house is located in the center of the so called “Quadrat d’Or” on the intersection of Carrer de Provença and Carrer d’Enric Granados.

Both streets are completely lined with trees. ’Enric Granados is a one-lane road with cycle path. It is full of art nouveau architecture, libraries, art galleries, fashion and furniture showrooms, trendy street cafés, excellent restaurants and stylish cocktail bars. This neighborhood is the birthplace of Catalan Arts and Crafts and the cot of Barcelona’s design. Close to the apartment you have two subway stations, Diagonal (L3 to Passeig de Gracia, Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas and L5 to Estació de Sants or Sagrada Familia) and Passeig de Gracia (L3 and L4 to Catedral, El Born, Barceloneta and the beaches) and the FGC station Provença (to Plaça de Catalunya).
