South Seas Club, a 55-acre gated community with walking paths
throughout. Remodeled in 2007, enjoy a well-maintained and very well-
stocked beachfront condominium that offers beautiful views, a
gorgeous 3 1/2 mile white sand crescent beach and many extras.

On Season: Christmas week thru Easter week or mid April, whichever
is later.
Off Season: Everything else with the exception of holiday weeks and
week before Christmas, which is slightly higher.
*When sending inquiry, please include how many adults/children are
in your party. Holiday weeks may be higher.
Please add 10% FL tax, $50 rental agent fee (although not a rental
agent, we use one to finalize the rental and give out keys)
South Seas Club has a $20 parking/registration fee
Cleaning fee is included and there is no extra charge for the high
speed internet access.
