The Ledges is a popular, conveniently located development in the Heart of Osage Beach. There are lots of activities nearby for adults and children including Golf Courses, Go Kart Tracks, Miniature Golf, Boat and Jet Ski Rentals, Outlet Mall Shopping, Parasailing, Horseback Riding, Hiking Trails, and both Indoor and Outdoor Water Parks. When you're 'away' at our condos, you are still close to everything you need including restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment.

This Rare 4 Bedroom 2 Bath condo offers plenty of room for larger groups. The open and spacious Main Living Area has plenty of seating for socializing and gathering with friends and family.  Out on the Deck, you'll find a great view of the Lake and Sunsets while you relax with seating for 7.  The Master and Loft Bedrooms offer Queen Beds.  The Second Bedroom has a Full Sized Bed, and the Third Bedroom has Two Twin Sized Beds.  Additional Sleeping is available by laying out the portable Queen Sized mattress in the main living area.  Altogether, the condo sleeps 10.

The Kitchen is Fully-Equipped and the Stainless Gas Grill on the Deck is awaiting your Barbeque.

The Main Living Area has a 42 inch Flat-Panel Cable TV with DVD and High Speed Internet including Wireless!.  The Master and Loft Bedrooms also have Cable TV.   

All of our Properties are Non-Smoking and Pets are not permitted. 

Check-In 3 PM and Check-Out 11 AM unless otherwise arranged.

The Ledges offers the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - and also a great location to enjoy the sunset.  In addition, there is a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids really enjoy!

For the Boaters, our boat slips are close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge.

For the Ladies' Weekends, all the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. These stores are jam-packed with famous name brand merchandise at prices that will amaze even the most experienced bargain hunters...25-70% savings. Ask me about special coupons!

For the Golfers: Just outside of the entrance to the condo is Sycamore Creek Golf Course. It was VOTED #1 at the Lake in 2007! You've surely heard of the other awesome courses the Lake area boasts. All of them are just a short drive from the centrally located Ledges Complex.  Bring those Clubs!

Winter Rate:  October - April 11........................................... $110 per night (2-night minimum)

Mid-Season Spring:  April 12 - May 16................................. $140 per night (2-night minimum)

Peak Season:  May 17 - September 7................................... $250 per night (2-night minimum)

Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day Holidays..... $275 per night (3-night minimum)

Mid-Season Fall:  September 8 - October 5........................... $140 per night (2-night minimum)

Reservation requires 1 Night Deposit w/ Balance due 14-days before arrival.

No Smoking: Evidence or Report of Smoking in the condo will result in forfeiture of Deposit.

No Pets: Evidence or Report of Pets in the condo will result in forfeiture of Deposit.
