The cottage is located onLake Chautauqua in Lakewood, NY. Short walk to movie theatre, mini-golf, and Ice Cream Shack. 5 minute drive to Chautauqua Mall and other shopping. 15 minute drive to Chautauqua Institution where visitors can take in a lecture, show, or tour a historic village. 15 minute drive to Bemus Point were visitors can shop or take in a Sunday afternoon concert on the floating stage. Chautauqua Lake also boasts holiday celebrations with most towns offering fire work displays on the lake accessible by both land and boat. There are also several public golf courses available nearby. 20 minute drive to Midway Kiddie Amusement park and Long Point state park.
vacation rental rates
$ 850.00 per week. $200 refundable security deposit to hold reservation paid by cash, check, or money order. (Checks must clear bank in order to be considered paid, 20 fee to be applied for NSF checks). Full rental payment due 30 days prior to check in date.
Cottage available April 28 to September 28. Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday. Check in 4 pm, Check out 10 am.
