Confirmed to be the “Best Sand Beach in America” by the Travel Channel, Siesta Key’s residents and renters alike know they’ve got a very good thing. On Florida’s gulf side, this beach offers warm water, soft sand and gorgeous sunsets.
This luxurious resort is fully gated for your security and is stocked with facilities to keep even frenetic schedules full. Three heated pools include one dedicated lap pool, 6 dry saunas and a hot tub, 7 tennis courts (including 1 har-tru surface), basket- and racquet ball courts, shuffleboard and more. Getting fit or staying active has never been more fun.
For sedate days, 2 clubhouses both offer book and DVD libraries. As for the condo itself, your minimum month’s stay will pass very quickly in such comfortable surroundings. Sleeping 6 people in 2 bedrooms (and on one sleeper sofa), you can enjoy the ocean view from all parts of the open-plan living area.
A beautiful master suite includes a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV and ceiling fan - and a walk-in closet that might swallow you whole. The large en suite bathroom has a spacious shower and his/hers vanities.
Set on the opposite side of unit, bedroom two provides two twin beds, as well as TV and in-built closet. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with any guests using the sleeper sofa. Technophiles will love the unit’s new wall-mounted LCD TV - it’s huge! A large comfy couch and love seat set make up the living room’s TV area, though two more couches are set back in alcoves for a group whose members want to join the fun while ‘doing their own thing’, reading perhaps.
This unit sits on the 4th floor and has had a recent remodel to the Kitchen and both bathrooms along with new carpet. It is very comfortable, attractive and would make your vacation a happy one. The view from the lanai is breathtaking of the tropical grounds, pools and the Gulf of Mexico. Washer/dryer in utility room with beach chairs and all you need for an enjoyable vacation. Walk a short distance to the beach in the evening for a spectacular sunset. The unit has a TV in the kitchen, living room and both bedrooms. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room which would sleep 2.
This unit has a private parking space with elevator access. Scores of nearby attractions include the many delights of Sarasota, as well as the Mote Aquarium and Busch Gardens. When duty calls, Disney World is reached in 100 miles.
