Less than 10 minutes to DisneyWorld!: The Windsor Palms resort is one of the closest resorts to Disney. It is also close to a seemingly unlimited assortment of entertainment options. Golf, restaurants, shopping are close by. Universal Studios and SeaWorld are about a 15-20 minute drive. At Sun Palm Disney Villa, you will feel like you are in the middle of it all, yet when you return to the villa after a long day of fun and sun, you can enjoy your own relaxing pool and spa. A beautiful sunset. A glass of wine on the deck. Sometimes, you will even see hot air balloons flying overhead! The private conservation view is fairly rare in the Disney area. You will not be bothered by any rear neighbors or be staring at a wall while you are enjoying the pool and spa. If you feel like venturing out, Florida's world-class beaches are also a short drive away (about 1 hour). Theme parks, water parks, golf courses, restaurants and MORE! Windsor Palms Resort: Consistently one of the top-ranked resort communities near Disney on popular travel sites such as Tripadvisor, Windsor Palms is a 24-hour guard gated community that includes a distinctive 7,500 sq. ft. clubhouse that features a huge and luxurious community pool with sun deck and hot tub. Also included are a variety of recreation options and exciting activities for all ages including a children’s playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, video arcade, Nintendo Wii suite, ping pong, and billiard tables. Guests can also rent bikes from the bike shop, Tandem bikes, located in the clubhouse for a nominal fee. The clubhouse has a 58 seat movie theater, where movies are shown free of charge to guests, business center and Wi-Fi hot spot. There is also a sundry shop and shuttle (extra charge) to the Disney theme parks.

Located roughly 3.5 miles from the Disney property, you will not find a better resort for your Florida vacation!

Golf:

There are numerous world class golf courses in the area. Mystic Dunes Golf Club is right across the street from Windsor Palms Resort. Rental clubs are available.

• Deposit and Cancellations
• A non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. This deposit shall equal 25% of the gross rental amount plus sales tax. The remaining balance of the of the agreed upon rental amount plus sales tax and any other charges (i.e. pool heat) is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you fail to make the final payment within 8 weeks before your arrival date you may lose your booking and your deposit.
  
  Any cancellation of your reservation will result in the loss of the 25% deposit. Cancellations within 8 weeks of your arrival date will result in the loss of 50% of the total rental and fees amount (i.e. rent, sales tax, pool heat). Cancellations within 2 weeks of your arrival date will result in the loss of 100% of the total rental amount and fees (i.e. rent, sales tax, pool heat). No Smoking allowed inside the villa.
  
  No Pets allowed.
• We have a management company that takes care of our home for us and if there are any problems during your stay, they will try to fix the problem as soon as possible. Our home is well maintained but unexpected things may happen during your stay. We will try to get them fixed as soon as possible but we don’t refund rent due to for example, one broken TV or the pool heat not working (although we will refund any money paid for pool heat in this case). Also, please note that Florida can and does get quite cold in the winter and there are times that the pool heat, even though working properly, will not be able to stay at a level that is comfortable for swimming. The pool heating system can usually keep the pool warm enough to swim but when Florida has night after night of weather in the 20s or 30s, it takes awhile for it to heat back up.
