vacation rental description
This newly remodeled condo has a small ocean view and is steps to the ocean. The unit has travertine tile floors and granite counters with new kithen cabinets and appliances for a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a custom designed double headed, walk-in shower, newly styled with travertine and tile throughout. A queen bed in the bedroom and a pull out queen bed in the living room provide ample space for 4 people. The bedroom has a mirrored, lighted closet with built in dresser and double hanging rods. The deck off the living room gives a peek at the ocean and a view of the San Diego skyline, while you relax or use the grill.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker, casserole dishes, and crock pot. There is cable HD TV with DVD and wireless internet. Private parking for one car in a locked enclosed garage. All doors to garage and condo are secure key-access only. Two bicycles are available with a travel lock.
Santa Clara Recreation Center and Mission Bay Aquatic Center on Mission Bay offer classes on water activities and rent equipment such as sail boats, kyaks, stand-up paddle boards and surf boards. Bike trails are numerous around Mission Bay down the Ocean Walk and throughout the Mission Bay Parks. You can even bike to Sea World.

Hear the ocean from the unit. Walk 50 steps to the beach or ocean-front walk. Mission Bay is across the street for a quiet stroll or bike ride. A variety of cafes, restaurants and shops are immediately outside or in easy walking distance. Belmont Amusement Park with the historic wooden roller coaster and the Plunge, a huge indoor. heated pool and are just a few blocks away. Catch the bus outside the door to Old Towne or other San Diego sites.
vacation rental rates
A deposit of $550 dollars ($150 cleaning fee and $400 security deposit) by personal check and a signed contract is required to secure the reservation. The rent is due 30 days before check-in by cashier check. The security deposit is refundable if no damage. Summer weekly rates are $1200, summer monthly rates are $4000. Summer months are June through August. Spring and Fall weekly rates are $1000, monthly rates are $3000. Spring months are March, April, May. Fall months are September and October. Winter weekly rates are $800, winter monthly rates are $2500. Winter months are November through February.
