2 Bedroom 1 Bath in great location.  Totally renovated with all new appliances.  Sleeps 6 comfortably.  On the second floor and has plenty of parking available.  Our family owns another unit one building over and we spend the majority of the summer by the pool and on the beach.  The location on 28th St. Bayside makes is convenient to all attractions.  Park your car, and leave it for the week.  Walk to the beach which has a public restroom and a beach front bar serving drinks and food.  Walk to the boardwalk and catch the tram.  Walk to the bus stop and go uptown.  Walk down the street and drop crab pots.  Walk up the street to play miniature golf.  Walk the kids to the playground, or walk to Jolly Rogers to enjoy the water park.  Everything is convenient!!! 

There is a pool with plenty of chairs available.  There is a full kitchen with all appliances including a microwave, washer/dryer, and cable tv.  The unit has a double bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and a pull out sleeper in the living room.   We ask that you bring your own sheets, pillows, bath towels, toiletries, etc. 

We are located right behind Jolly Rogers on Robin Drive (28th St.).  You are centrally located and close to EVERYTHING!!

We do not add the 10.5% OC tax that everyone else puts on top of their posted rates.  The prices listed are the actual prices with the 10.5% OC tax included.
