excellent place for the weekender, winter visitor, or permanent

courses, wonderful fishing in the Colorado River or Lake Mohave, and 
a vast amount of desert for the 4 wheeler or wildlife admirer.
You can feast your eyes on the breath taking views of the casino 
lights and magnificent mountains from every unit. Set sail from the 
Boat Launch and leave your watercraft at the Boat Docking Facilities 
while you BBQ in the Picnic Area or spend the day relaxing at the 
Pool, Spa, or Beach. Done for the day or back from an RV trip, park 
your vehicle or toys in the 40 foot garage.

vanities in both bathrooms, new cabinets in kitchen, custom tiled 
showers.
Plasma tv's with surround sound, XBOX and DVD player, satellite tv, 
phone and fax machine, computer with internet access, 40 foot RV 
parking, patio deck is over looking the casinos on the Colorado

The rental fee is due at the time of booking. The security deposit 
is due prior to stay.
Security deposit $300.00
Cleaning fee $150.00
Security deposit will be returned within one week of check-out date 
assuming no damage has accured.
