Venetian Golf and River Club is the cream of the crop - a dream  
vacation resort with quality built homes, a top-rated championship  
golf course, an awesome clubhouse with a gourmet restaurant at  
reasonable prices, state-of-the-art exercise facility, two beautiful  
pools (one is a several lane lap pool), in-house spa, six Har-Tru  
tennis courts, the River Walk (boardwalk) nature lovers' trail leads  
to kayaking in the Myaka River, and the wildlife... it is just  
unexplainable. 
 
This property was built in 2005 in a premium, private, water  
location within a cul-de-sac and is in a maintenance free and guard  
gated neighborhood. The 7 Tee can be seen in the distance over the  
expansive water view.  The Extended lanai with brick pavers has 586  
square feet and has Comfortable Lounge chairs and is Bug Free. This  
1690-square-foot (under air), 2500-plus total model was built with  
$65,000 in upgrades including granite, crown molding, angled tile,  
stainless steel high-end appliances with gas cooking, custom paint,  
and the third bedroom doubles as a den. There is a two-car garage.

allow you to get to other parts of the West Coast quick and easy. 
 
When you care to venture out, the city of Venice has much to unveil.  
Located along the tranquil Myakka River, Venetian Golf and River  
Club is a peaceful indulgence for the nature enthusiast. Plus, with  
some of the most pristine beaches in Florida located within minutes,  
the sun lover and shell collector will find endless activities to  
pursue. For those who prefer sightseeing of a different kind, some  
of the world's finest shopping is available closely by on Saint  
Armands Circle in Sarasota. Also found in Sarasota are numerous  
performing arts centers and theatres including the Van Wezel  
Performing Arts Hall, G-Wiz, Ritz Carlton for afternoon high tea, or  
just flat out relax. 
 
Venice Beach - For those of you wanting to collect shark teeth. The  
shark teeth cover the shoreline and people come from all over the  
world to collect them! The historical downtown Venice is only two  
miles south and provides quaint antique shops. Fish from Sharky's  
Pier for some huge exotic fish. 
 
Nokomis Beach - famous sunsets... EVERY WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT  
on the beach is "drums by the sunset" which you have to experience  
in order to appreciate the beauty of it. Anyone who has a drum...  
any kind of drum... will bring it to the beach where a big group of  
local drummers drum their drums until the sun sets (starting an hour  
before sundown). Have a bite to eat at Pop's Waterside or Pelican  
Alley for a typical Florida meal. Anita's for breakfast. Casey's,  
Word of Mouth, First Watch just to mention a few great ones.

Rents include Social Membership with $100 Transfer Fee. 
All Rentals subject to a State Tax, Cleaning Fee & Security Deposit.
