Come stay in this lovely 3 bedroom / 3 full bath house in Wallenpaupack Lake Estates community, Lake Ariel, PA. House is 2 hours from Philadelphia and New York City. This is such a wonderful community in the heart of the poconos with direct access to Lake Wallenpaupack, as well as many other wonderful features.

Feel right at home, built in 2009, you will enjoy an over-sized front covered deck in rain and shine. Sit out in the spacious front yard with firepit. On those cold winter nights settle in by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace. Located on a cul-de-sac, feel safe bike riding or going for a walk through the community, there are also tennis and basketball courts directly across the street from the property.

The Wallenpaupack Lake region is great for a family vacation or perfect for a romantic get away, there is something for everyone.

Have fun with horseback rides, hikes, walks, Beaches are still warm enough to relax on.  Adjacent to the swimming areas on the beach is great fishing In the winter those sports enthusiasts can enjoy ice fishing on the BIG Lake or nestle in a cove at one of the communities two smaller lakes.

In Winter, ski many of the resorts closeby, there is also snow tubing and sledding nearby. In Fall, Winter and Spring enjoy a long swim in the HEATED indoor community pool, then sweat it out in the sauna afterwards.  Lots of other unique, fun and reasonable fall/winter type events.

Summer is prime with 2 heated outdoor community pools, 2 private lakes with sandy beaches, private access to the Big Lake, tennis courts, great fishing and other quality amenities.

-50% down payment required to hold reservation
-Credit cards accepted (add 3.5% convenience fee)

$300 Security Deposit required with any stay (includes cleaning deposit of $100 refundable if house is left in clean condition). Cost of any repairs required after checkout caused by a guest or friend of a guest will be deducted from Security Deposit.  An automatic $200 is deducted from the security deposit if evidence of smoking inside residence is found.  Deposit returned in 10 business.
