Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully decorated and maintained front unit. New furniture and carpeting and baths remodeled October  
2007. Wrap around tiled balcony with long western and southwestern views down the crescent  
beach ensures sunsets all year long.  Both bedrooms and living room open to the balcony which is in sun all  
day.  Largest unit in complex.  Everyone's favorite unit. Since the unit is on a lower floor, the ocean and palm  
trees are your front yard. HDTV/DVR in the living room and second TV in master bedroom. Wireless Internet IN  
THE UNIT. Well stocked with spa-quality towels, CD clock radios in both bedrooms,  books, DVDs, CDs,  
beachchairs, umbrellas, totes and sand toys.  Laundry card operates washer/dryer on floor ensuring no need to  
have correct change.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Located in the South Seas Club a 55 acre gated communited with 24  
hour security.  Beautifully manicured tropical landscaping with  
walking paths thru out.  Heated swimming pool located by the beach.   
Chickee huts for shade.  Exercise room with treadmills, and weight  
machine.  Clay surface tennis courts (small fee applies), boat dock  
(fee applies), parking garage.

Activities and Attractions

Located on Marco's 3 1/2 mile white sand crescent beach, most  
activities are centered around the beautiful beach and sunsets.   
Winter daytime temperatures range from mid 70s to mid 80s. Evening  
temperatures mid 50s to mid-6os.  There are over 40 golf courses in  
the Marco area.  Fishing, shelling,sightseeing and guided wave  
runner  
tours are available.  Hop on the Marco Island trolley for a tour of  
the entire island.  The Everglades are close to Marco and provide  
opportunity for airboat tours.  You can also take day excursions by  
boat or plane to Key West.  Regional Southwest Airport in Ft. Meyers  
is 50 minutes from Marco.  Direct flights from New York City,  
Chicago, and Indianapolis are available.  The atmosphere on Marco  
is   
very casual.  It is a family oriented, quiet community.

December 15 thru Easter: 1 week $2000; 2 weeks - $3800; 1 month  
$6500. 
Easter thru December 15th:  rates begin at $1000.
