Rates are changed periodically without notice untill confirmed. The cleaning fee is $75. The cleaning fee is waived for stay over 7 nights. A $250 dollar deposit is required on all reservations and and a full liabilty for damages and lost items even if it exceeds $250 damage deposit. The deposit will be refunded if no damages are found to the unit within 3 days of departure. There is also a 5.75% Resort tax on all reservations.
