Great vacation thank to a wonderful condo

Had a great time during our stay at your condo. Your condo was very clean and very well equipped with everything i needed for a great stay. The beds were also very confortable. We could not ask for a better view. We got exactl what was promissed.

We thank you for making our vacatina memorable one.

I would caution other travelers to be aware of other condos at the Madrid. They have not all been updated and some were in pretty bad condition.

Summer of 2012

For our first summer with our new condo, it was almost perfect. We had 7 great rentals and one really bad one. The one bad one decided that, although the rental agreement clearly states no pets, and the on-line information states no pets, they decided to bring a dog anyway. The unit was left in such bad shape that the cleaners stated that was the worst they'd seen. Dog hair everywhere, including the tub where they bathed the animal, sand all over the beds; they had to scrub the tile floor on their hands and knees to get the scum off the floor. Dirty dishes, food left in the oven - it was really bad! But due to the magic of the cleaning crew, they brought it back to normal. I then washed everything washable in the unit, including every dish, utensil, pots, pans, comforters and blankets, shower curtains, even the pillows. It's now back to normal and we will be enjoying it throughout the fall months.

For spring 2013, we are hoping to put in a brand new kitchen with a large convection microwave and bigger sink.
