Great "up north" feel without giving up any luxuries of home (cable, high speed internet)!

Seasonal rates are as follows: Rates listed for 10 occupants - each additional is $100.
April is 1200/week
May is 1600/week
June through September 15th is - $2200/week
Memorial week, 4th of July week and Labor Day week add $400.
Septemeber 15-30 is 1600/week
October is 1100/week
Rest of year is 900/week
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Security Deposit: $600 min. Refundable
Reservation Deposit: $500 Non-Refundable
Holiday Premium: $150 Non-Refundable
Cleaning Fee: $ 100 (Or leave the home clean as found upon arrival)
Final payment due 45 days prior to reservation.
