The open floor plan gives it a spacious feel. Tile floors and modern lighting throughout.  The living room is very comfortable with a lovely fireplace, a flat screen TV and plush seating arrangements.

The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen includes a breakfast bar with 2 stools and an attached formal dining area perfect for entertaining.  From there you go out to the spacious, custom flagstone patio where there is a firepit and outdoor patio furniture for your enjoyment. Yard is fenced and very private.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and opens directly to the patio.  The huge master bath has an oversized tub, a separate shower and dual sinks with separate toilet and arge closet areas.  The additional bedroom featuring queen-size bed shares a seperate, tastefully decorated bathroom. The home also includes a cozy reading area/office with a additional seating, a large, fully-equipped laundry room, and an oversized garage. 

Nightly rates vary between $175.00 to $200.00 a night with a two night minimum.

Weekly Rates vary between $649.00 to $995.00 per week.

Monthly Rates vary between $1350.00 and $1500.00 a month.

We charge a cleaning deposit of $150.00 with $50.00 of it being non-refundable.

A deposit equal to the amount of your stay is held up front in order to reserve the dates on a credit card.  This amount will be refunded back to the card provided once the property has been inspected after check out.
