Upon your arrival to Minnie’s Maingate Manor you will use your personally chosen code to access the key.  Once in the home you will have a Complimentary Welcome Pack of food to get your stay started without having to make a late night trip to the store.  When you are ready to retire to bed you will be able to relax in your comfortable Sealy Posture-Pedic, pillow topped mattress with pressed, 600 thread count cotton sheets.   In the morning while you prepare to head to the parks you can freshen up with the Complimentary supply of Gilchrest & Soames, Spa Therapy, shampoo, conditioner, soap, moisturizer and shower cap in each restroom.  After a long day at the parks you can cool off in your private pool or soak in the spa and rest up for another great day at the parks, or for a relaxing day at home.

EMERALD ISLAND RESORT is a gated community that encompasses
over 300 acres and is surrounded by a Conservation Area. The
winding entrance road is lined with palms, indigenous plants and
decorative flowers, that contributes to the Emerald Island Resorts
unique feel of peace and tranquility in the otherwise bustling
area of Disney Maingate. Once in the Resort you are welcomed by a
playful dolphin fountain and a picturesque rotunda leading you to
our Luxury Vacation Home.
Our Lake view and Wooded Conservation Area View is the
crowning jewel to our home. The back of the home is lined with
windows and a sliding glass door which allows you to view this
tranquil vista from the entire home. It is hard to believe
there is so much Disney Activity only 3 miles away. You may not
want to leave. But in the end, when you do, leave a note in our
guest book. We hope you'll enjoy our home as much as we do.

exciting Egyptian adventure.
Black-out shade lets you sleep in even later.
The En-Suite Bathroom is amazing with a huge life-sized Poster of
Indy (in case you forgot it's his room). He may be back!

Mid Stay Clean: $150.00 This is an optional fee at the Guests 
request to have a cleaning during their stay.
Deposit for the home is $500.00 for the week.

 
This needs to be paid in order to hold the home for your reservation.
It will be applied to your balance due.

Security Deposit is $500.00
This is a hold that is put on your credit card, it is not a charge,
and Will not be charged unless there is a problem with the home upon
Your departure.

Nightly minimum:
There is a 7 night minimum.
For requests within 30 days of check in, we will accept a 4 night
minimum, if there is a vacancy.
