Located adjacent to Clearwater Beach at Clearwater Pass.  Clearwater Beach is a 2 minute walk.  Never get back in your car for resturants, beach walks, Pier 60 and nighttime entertainement.  Your balcony view includes Sand Key Beach with its high rise lights at night.  Watch the boats pass by your balcony with an unobstructed view. 

The building and our unit have been recently remodled. You will enjoy new furniture, flat screen tv's, and updated bathrooms.  The kitchen includes amenities such as microwave, new in-unit Matag laundry, dishwasher, etc.  Linens and beach towels provided. Master has a king, twins in guest room.  Living room couch is a fold-out sleeper.

Within walking distance (under .5 miles) to resturants featuring casual to fine dining.  Nightlife is next door at the Holiday Inn and Shepards on the beach.  Trolley service is outside your door.  Take it see "Winter" at the Clearwater Aquarium where the movie "A Dolphin Tail" was filmed.  Thirty minutes to Tampa International Airport.  Thirty minutes to Westshore Mall and International Plaza.

Monthly rentals only.  Rates depend of time of year.  Jan-March - 3,500.  April - December  $2,000 per month.  Specials may apply.
