Welcome to our new Casa Del Paloma located next to the Arizona Grand Resort. This cozy villa boasts 2 bedrooms and 1.25 bathrooms. The living room will make you feel at home with it's warm decor and high definition entertainment center with cable TV, DVD player & High Speed WIFI.  The kitchen includes Italian Marble counter-tops, buffet bar, and every cooking amenity a chef could desire. The Casa Del Paloma also features 2 bedrooms with plush beds & a cozy decor along with plenty of closet space. 1.25 batrooms with a seperate sink area for the master bedroom only.  

Pull your car into the attached private garage for easy access to the Casa Del Palmoa, additional parking is available next to the garage for family or friends.

The Casa Del Paloma has a Pool view, guests can access the non-heated pool or hot tub next to their villa in seconds however guests also have access to the 4 heated pools, hot tubs and cabanas located in the Resort Community by the Arizona Grand Resort (quick drive up the mountain!)

We provide all our guests with five star comfort & amenities including a special VIP request service! Upon request, we will stock the Villa with food, beverages, and other items prior to your arrival for an additional cost.  

You'll enjoy access to the Valley's premier Phantom Horse Golf Club, horseback riding on the South Mountain preserve, mountain biking the Desert Classic Trail & sampling some of the best southwestern cuisine in Phoenix.

Additionally, our Condo has easy freeway access to all the Spring Training Stadiums in the Phoenix Valley (call for more details), 15 minutes from Scottsdale shopping, and only 10 minutes from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport.

• Cleaning fee - $85 (7 days or less), $100 (8 to 15 days), $150 (16 to 30 days, monthly fee)

• Cashier check payments require a $350 security deposit.

Details & Restrictions

• No Pets Allowed.
• No Smoking Allowed.
• Must be paid by an adult OVER 21.
• 100% payment is required 25 days prior or 5 days after making your reservation (whichever day is closer to your day of arrival) to reserve your dates.
• Guests using a debit card to pay for reservation may need to contact the phone number on the back of the card & approve a large purchase amount.
• Credit cards will be pre-authorized for $495 (same as hotels).  This amount (or partial amount) will be charged for any missing items or major damage caused by guests.
• All guest are required to sign our online guest book & damage disclaimer prior to stay
• Check-in time is after 3pm.
• Check-out time is before 10am (additional charges after 11am).
