Weekly rentals only from May 1 to August 31 at 1500 per week.  Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

For Weekly rentals, a $500 Security Deposit is due to reserve the home.  Full payment of Security Deposit plus Weekly rental of $1500 is due 30 days prior to rental.

September 1 to April 30, will consider six month rental.  Tenant must be out by April 30.
