vacation rental rates
Rates vary from in season to out of season. 1/6/2012 to 6/16/2012 & 9/9/2012 to 12/31/2012: $185/night, $1190/week. 6/17/2012 to 7/7/2012 & 8/25/2012 to 9/8/2012: $225/night, $1470/week. 7/8/2012 to 8/24/2012: $295/night, $1960/week. Out of season there may be additional discounts, please call or email. Generally, there is a three night minimum, these rates include end of stay cleaning. Stays of less than three nights can be accommadated, however the guest will pay the end of stay cleaning charge. If you would like daily cleaning, we may be able to arrange this, depending on staffing.
3 night minimum stay.Special event and holiday weekends are subject to a higher rate. So that we may properly prepare your condominium for your arrival, check in and check out times are:

You must provide your own linens. Bed, Kitchen, and Bath.
