Cocomo's in Islamorada

A large and comfortable luxury home with its own ocean side private beach, located in Islamorada, FL.

The Living Room is nautically furnished with awesome views of the ocean and offers a large flat screen TV and a stereo entertainment system which includes blue ray player, DVD and a hookup for iPhone. Speakers can be used inside or outside by the pool and patio or in the Tiki hut.

The kitchen and bar is fully stocked with all the utensils you need to prepare either a formal dinner or just a quick snack. The dining table is great for playing cards, games etc. Large glass doors open directly onto the patio which has a table with six chairs and lots of other seating areas. There are also two BBQ grills.

Gated solar heated pool with lounge chairs and floats available for just relaxing in the pool.

The Tiki Hut has a beautiful bar with a sink and small refrigerator. Music and warm lights are perfect for night time entertaining.

The brick walkways trail from the house to the Tiki Hut to the dock and are well lit with low level pathway lighting and are just beautiful at night.

Relax on the beach on one of our three hammocks under the palms and enjoy the beautiful view of the stars

The private dock is a very nice feature. It is great for boating and just enjoying the ocean. (Please make sure your boat will be ok in low tide)

Three bedrooms in the main house

• Master with King Bed and a bathroom with full size tub and shower. In the master bedroom there is a quiet reading area, two chairs with a small table that are individually lighted for each person. A desk with a fax machine and computer and wi-fi is throughout the house. A door that leads to a private deck with a secluded outside shower. Flat screen TV, stereo and dvd player.
• The second bedroom is tropically furnished with two queen beds, flat screen TV, two dressers and a night stand.
• There is a separate apartment off the kitchen. This can either be totally private or open to the rest of the house. It has its own kitchen, private bath, cozy sitting/living room with a sofa that opens into a queen size bed and a nice recliner chair. Flat screen TV and gaming system along with a stereo system. The bedroom has two twin beds or they can be put together to make a king.

There are boat and jet ski rentals close by or if you bring your own boat, there are nearby locations for boat launching for a small fee.
