vacation rental description
This home is located a short distance to Lake Hardee Park, the Sebastian Municipal Golf Course and the Indian River Lagoon. A pleasant neighborhood, off the beaten path but a short drive to the beach, area restaurants and parks.
This home is available begining April 1, 2013 with weekly, monthly and extended stay rentals available. Basic cable tv and wifi are included.

vacation rental rates
Our weekly rates are typically for Saturday to Saturday stays. If more then seven days but less than 14 days are required we can prorate the weekly.
If desired this can be an extended stay property. We can be very competitive with our rates.
If you have special requirements please don't hesitate to ask.

We charge a $125.00 exit cleaning fee
Rentals that are six months and longer do not require sales tax. There is 11% tax added to the rate if rental term is shorter than six months.
