The home offers a king bed and a twin sleeper sofa (for 1 person) in the master suite, a queen bed in the secondary master bedroom, a bunk bed in the third bedroom. (There is also a loft but that is only accessible via a ladder along the wall. Thus, loft accessiblity would not suit everyone).

Offseason is all dates not referred to below and is $5,250/week or 3 night minimum at $1,000/night.
March 1 - May 31 is $6,000/week or $19,950/month or 4 night minimum at $1,000/night.
June & September are one week minimum at rate of $1,100/night or $30,000/month.
July & August are two week minimum at rate of $1,250/night or $34,500/month.
Rates subject to change without notice prior to confirmed reservation.
Cleaning fee of $350 and a refundable damage deposit will apply.
