The subject villa contains 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and is
located on a private secluded beautifully landscaped one acre lot in
the Leeward area of Providenciales. The villa was extensively
redecorated recently.

The villa is located in a very quiet area, located far away from
traffic and commercial enterprises, and is in an area consisting of
other medium to large sized villas.

Enjoy the private pool surrounded by a large hotel sized deck and
listen to the birds and the sea. The villa and its grounds are quite
private for those enjoying privacy.

Take a three minute walk down a path through the backyard of the
property, and along a lane and you are on the beautiful east end of
Grace Bay beach. The beach here is sandy and safe for children. Play
on the sand, swim in the ocean, or take a walk along the beach. The
hotel district is one mile to the west, and a walk to the east gets
you to a deserted beach. The beach at the villa is usually deserted.

Golf, tennis, and a marina are all within 1/2 mile of the villa.

This villa is ideal for those seeking peace and solitude and a true
beach vacation with family and children.
