Lovely Cottage, On Water, Near Beach in Georgetown

The house was built in 1999 and is a Cape Cod design. It has four
bedrooms with two queen size beds, a double, two singles and a futon. Sleeps
eight comfortably. There is a full kitchen with all amenities. A
livingroom, dining area and outside deck.

NOTE:  WE NOW HAVE DSL!!!  WIFI

The house has WIFI, Satelite TV, DVD, VCR, CD a stereo system and a Ping
Pong table for your entertainment. There is a Washer/dryer in the
full basement. The kitchen is fully equiped, Stove, refrigerator,
microwave, and dishwasher. There's an Air Conditioner in the master
bedroom which will keep the upstairs cool if the doors are left open.
The outside deck has a Gas Grill and picnic table for your enjoyment.

The house is close by the sandy beaches of Reid State Park (park pass
included). We have 2 kayaks that guest are welcome to use PFD's
required! Robinhood Cove is fantastic for kayaking, striper fishing,
clamming and sometimes even swimming in July and August! For you
boaters we have a mooring in front of the dock. The area is great for
hiking and biking as well. The roads around the house are good for
walking and biking too. We are only 10 minutes from Bath and about 30
minutes from Freeport (LL Bean). Also, the tourist mecca of Boothbay
Harbor is about 45 minutes by car and only 20 by boat!!

The house is for rent from June thru September. The rate is
$1200/wk June & Sept, $1800/week July/Aug.
Please note the following: $300 refundable security deposit, $100
cleaning fee and 7% Maine Sales tax required.
