features: two bedrooms, full bathroom, roomy family room,  
kitchen/dining space on a single level. All new furnishings and  
appliances (including dishwasher)complement this adorable space.  
Included is an in home stereo system built into the kitchen wall and  
includes a cassette player,am/fm receiver and cd player.Two color  
televisions. Barbecue grill. Speakers are installed in the kitchen  
and living room.Included in this 43 acre property are swimming  
pools, gazebo's to sit and enjoy everyting Maine has to  
offer.Beautiful new club house directly across from the cottage.  
Washer and dryer included.Slightly more than mile to beautiful Moody

spots anywehere. Enjoy over six miles on georgeous white sand.

Vacation Rental Rates

May 1 - June 14  $450 a week /  $65.00  a night  with a 3 night minimum(excludes Memorial Day) 
June 14- June 28 $500 a week /  $75.00 a night with a 3 night minimum  
June 29 - August 22 $1000 a week 
August 22 - August 29 $875 a week 
9/3/05 -  10/31/05 $500 a week/3 night minimum @ $65 a night 
 
Long weekends or mid-week are negotiable during the off-season. 
Memorial day is not included in the special rate. 
 
7% Maine Sales Tax 
 
$50 cleaning fee/$100 security deposit 
 
No pets allowed
