A 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath town house with 2200 square feet of oceanfront living! Gorgeous views from the living, dining, kitchen and master bedroom.
When you step into the main living level your first view will be of the beach and ocean beyond, a great way to start a vacation! The first level has a spacious kitchen with tile counters and eating bar adjoining the dining area. From there you step down to the living room and out the patio to the beach! This level has one bedroom with twin beds and a full bath.
Upstairs you will find the master suite with a king size bed and a private balcony, a great spot to relax and review the days adventures while sipping a drink and looking at the views of the ocean. The master bath has a jetted tub and separate shower. The third bedroom is also on this level and has a queen bed and it's own bath.
The untility room with a washer, dryer and utility wash tub is on this level for easy access to the main bedrooms. Tile floors throughout the living areas with carpet in the bedrooms. A TV and VCR/DVD are in the living room area and a TV is also in the master suite with Comcast cable service.
For those who must work on vacation the units offer Wifi High Speed Internet Service.
The unit has a garage for two cars, nose to tail and common area parking. The townhomes share a common patio area which has a freshwater pool located on the beach which is heated in the winter months, and 3 gas grills. A great fishing pier is on the shore and if you don't fish it is a great spot to be over the water and enjoy the lull of the surf, breeze and views! The complex has only 8 units, all share the same great views, floorplan and interior decor and amenities.
Key Colony Beach is a great location with 3 restaurants (one only two doors down from the complex), shops and services all within a short distance from the complex. The City has a public 3 Par golf course, tennis courts, basketball court and childrens play area. Sunset Park, a City Park, is located on the shore facing Vaca Cut and is a lovely spot to see great sunset color! Tortuga Beach Club is located in the City of Key Colony Beach and offers a private beach, fishing pier and pool for the complex.

Key Colony Beach offers a municipal park area with tennis courts, basketball court, children's play area and a Par 3 golf course. Sunset Park on the west end right on Vaca Cut has a small beach area, lovely grounds and a great view of the sunset. The community is a great place for walking or biking throughout the residential streets.

Three restaurants, a deli and charter boat row are all within a short walk or drive from the unit. Marathon, which surrounds Key Colony, offers more shops and services including two grocery stores grocery stores, Publix and Winn Dixie, 2 drug stores, CVS and Walgreen’s, a KMART and many other shops, bait and tackle shops, gifts shops and a wide selection of restaurants all within a few miles drive.
More beaches? Sombrero Beach is about two miles away and Bahia Honda
State Park is about a 20 minute drive south. Key West is a great day trip and about 1.25 hours south.
