Great Time in the Big Apple

Hello Relaxation! 30 park Avenue, NYC

We had a great stay thru Hello Relaxation! We stayed at 30 Park Avenue in New York City for a week in December. The pictures were exactly as was the apartment we entered. It was clean, in a great area which was close to Grand Central Station, Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Shops, Restaurants etc. The Doormen at the Apartment Residence were extremely helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this to anybody that wants to stay in the Manhattan area of New York and be close to all the great sites. Thank You Hello Relaxation for making it easy to set up our vacation with you, as we will be doing it again next year!

Gem in NYC

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in September/October 2012. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in other apartments in New York and other parts of the world and this was probably up there as one of the best value we've had.

The location is perfect if you want to be central enough to explore New York but be a couple of blocks out of the chaos of Times Square. This part of Park Avenue is residential and there are not any shops until you hit the cross streets. With a subway stop at 33rd and grand central a few blocks north, you can get anywhere by public transport, plus it is perfectly located if you want to walk and explore in any direction. You're two blocks from the Empire State. Some great food in Murray Hill to the east.

From the moment we arrived the doormen were friendly and helpful. The foyer, lift and corridors to our apartment clean and not cramped. When we opened the door to our apartment we were really impressed with the size of the studio apartment, the level of amenities - great kitchen, bathroom, big TV and storage space for our bags. In internet was fast and reliable and the bed comfortable with extra clean linen and towels. Even a great comfy leather couch which folds out to another bed.

We thoroughly recommend this apartment.
