This professionally designed one bedroom one bath  non-smoking condo has been upgraded to a very high standard.  Located north of downtown San Diego in Mission Valley, tucked between  the University of San Diego (USD), Mission Beach ,Old Town and next to the prestigious Riverwalk Golf Course and the Fashion Valley Mall, it is just a 5-10 min drive to almost anywhere in the city.

This beautiful condo sleeps  a maximum of 4 and is on the third floor with elevator. The Living/Dining Room is spacious and airy with a skylight, two equally comfortable couches, one a pull-out full size sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen TV with cable/HBO) - overlooking a large private balcony equipped with patio-chairs and table. 

The Dining area has four chairs and a table and is separated from the seating area by a long sideboard.  More chairs can be added if required.  The newly remodelled kitchen comes fully equipped with all amenities for a wonderful stay and is designed for functionality.

The large bedroom has a brand-new queen size bed/mattress, large mirror over a chest of drawers and a large walk-in closet filled with cabinetry for easy storage.

The designer bathroom has plenty of storage, make-up mirror, ample lighting with easy bath tub and shower accessibility.

Amenities include:  Cable TV/HBO, high speed internet, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, all linens provided. Pool/jacuzzi (shared), tennis court, gas barbeques, clubhouse with library, gym, parking garage with one assigned space plus plenty of visitor parking,  relaxing  tropical garden atmosphere.                                             

If  you do not want to waste all your time cooking, adjacent to our building is a cute little European style shopping center with good food and reasonable prices.  Pub/Restaurant, New York Pizza, Coffee Shop for breakfast, Japanese Restaurant , dry cleaning, hair dressing salon, dentist and liquor/convenience store.

Walk/bike or drive to Sea World and the breathtaking Mission Bay and Beaches. Walk/bike or drive to beautiful Old Town, The Presidio/Mission Park.   The condo is just a ten minute walk to the Trolley Station the best way to visit downtown , the Gaslamp district, the Convention Center, the Harbor, Seaport Village,And ferry terminal to Coronado Island. The trolly also goes to the boarde of the  Mexico. The airport, Balboa Park and the world famous San Diego Zoo are just 10 mins away.

San Diego has much to offer in the form of activities and attractions including - swimming, surfing, para-sailing, wind surfing, jet skiing, golf, tennis, hiking, horse racing in Del Mar, the beautiful beaches of La Jolla, Del Mar and Coronado and much much more.  The  is something for everyone in San Diego!

On the weekly rental of $1099 you will get  ONE NIGHT FREE ($1099 -159=$940)                             

Minimum Stay.    3 nights -         Comic Con Week is an exception.     Check-In 3.00 pm -  Check-Out 11 am

 A $200   Security Deposit  based on double occupancy for the minimum period of stay (3 nights).  The security deposit will be adjusted accordingly based on length of stay and number and age of guests.

Advance Booking:

For those guests who wish to book up to 3 months in advance a 50% down payment is required upon booking and the balance to be paid in full and deposited into our account two weeks prior to the proposed arrival date. 

For those  guests who wish to book 3 - 12 months in advance  a security deposit in the amount of $200 is required.  During the above period both parties have the right of cancellation for any reason without any penalties. Three months prior to your proposed arrival an invoice for the remaining balance will be issued.

Please Note: We would appreciate your help in cleaning up after yourself and as a special deal we are offering a one hour routine cleaning with  a crew of two after you leave the premises free of charge - however, if the cleaning becomes more time consuming and costly you will be charged accordingly at $50.00 an hour.
