Recently renovated townhouse with all the convienences of home including a full modern kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher, clothes washer, and dryer. Central air, free wifi and cable TV with DVD player. Two off-street parking spaces in front of house are included. Enclosed courtyard includes outside furniture, propane grill, and water hose. Master bedroom includes queen bed, baby crib, and sliding glass doors to outside deck. Bedroom 2 also includes a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a bunkbed with two twin beds. Living room has queen sleeper sofa and a full size couch. There are also air mattresses and foldout mattresses available. 2 1/2 blocks to the heart of the boardwalk and the beach! No pets or smoking allowed. This townhouse is part of a well-kept community with many year-round residents. Mature adults over 25 and families only. Absolutely no exceptions! Proof of age and identity required.
