We rent to families or mature adults (no one under 25 years of age). Families with children are always welcome. Total occupancy not to exceed ten including all children.
Professional cleaning service is included in the weekly rental rates. Linen service is avilable upon request , please call for more information.

Deposits: 1/2 the weekly rental due within seven days with signed contract. Balance due 30 days before arrival. Security deposit - $ 300.00 - for a normal family rental. Security deposit is fully refundable after cleaning, inspection, and key return. Security Deposit is fully refunded within 30 days.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refund of deposit if condo is re-rented for the week booked minus $150.00 for expenses lost. Written cancellation 30 days prior to booking. The more notice the better.
