This updated, fully-equipped condo features top-of–the-line kitchen and bathroom fixtures, Carrara marble countertops in kitchen and bath, beautiful natural hardwood flooring in living area, kitchen and hall, with designer wall to wall carpeting in the nicely-sized bedroom. At 525 square feet, this condo is spacious enough for a comfortable vacation week for a family of four…or just as nice as a romantic getaway nest for a couple wanting clean, beautiful accommodations.

The living area faces the beach at Beach and Grant Aves., and features Comcast High Definition Television with HBO on a Sony Flat Screen TV with DVD, and Wireless Internet. The comfortable living area also features a mini-stereo and lovely nautical décor. Sofa and chairs in a 13 x 15 living area help to make rainy days especially comfortable for playing games or watching a movie or sporting event.

The kitchen features Stainless upgraded appliances - refrigerator, full-size dishwasher, smooth-top range and large microwave oven, along with all the cookware, tools, kitchenware, china, and silverware you'll need for an enjoyable stay. Appliances include coffee maker with grinder, blender and toaster . The kitchen has gorgeous lighting with dimmer. There are several sets of glasses and mugs, and a formal set of china with a set of melamine for quick or casual meals. This is the largest one bedroom layout, and the only one bedroom unit in the Sandpiper with separate kitchen, reserved parking space directly in front of unit and entry through the living area (most other units have motel-style entry through bedroom).

Full ceramic bathroom with tub and white subway tile surround. Convenient laundry center in the hall, Iron and Ironing board in bedroom full-wall closet. Spacious bedroom with plush pillowtop King mattress and down comforter, chest of drawers, alarm clock, 27 inch HDTV and DVD. Central Air Conditioning with climate control. When needed, the Serta Queen Pullout Sofabed in living area will sleep two more. At this beach condo, you will find plenty of blankets, pillows and comforters.

Take in the pool and ocean views from two rocking chairs on the private front verandah. In summer, it is not uncommon to see dolphins as they frolic along Cape May's shore. We also boast a lovely terrace with tables and nice views of the beach and promenade. A perfect location, great ocean views, just off the beaten path, but only steps away from the heart of Cape May's wonderful architecture, dining, shopping, activities and nightlife.

Enjoy the Sun and Surf at our beautiful beaches. We are within walking distance of surrounding Historic Victorian Architecture, art galleries, Washington Mall, specialty shops, antiques & boutiques. Theater, fine dining, casual eateries, Horse and Carriage Rides or relaxing Cape May Trolley tours. Lots of fun shops for the kids, too - as well as mini golf, amusement arcades, candy shops and ice cream shops. Three golf courses within a several minute drive, also a short drive to Cape May Point and Lighthouse, Museum and Bird Observatory, also with stores and shops in adjacent area. There is also fishing, boat rentals, sight seeing boats, whale and dolphin watch cruises - all at Cape May's Marinas. We are also about a 15 minute drive from Wildwood's Amusement Piers and Boardwalk. The Atlantic City Casinos and Shopping Outlets are about a 40 minute drive up the GS Parkway.

Our Rentals are Sat to Sat in summer, with 3 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out.

Nightly Rentals (Prorated) may be considered in March to Mid-June and September-Dec

Refundable Security deposit required for weekly rentals

We do not permit smoking inside the condo, and pets are absolutely not permitted

Deposits: A minimum deposit of 50 Pct of Total is due when booking.
Remaining balance due 30-45 days before check-in.
Security Deposit is required and will be returned within 14 days of check-out if property is left in the same condition.

Personal checks and cashiers checks accepted (unless it is a short-notice rental).
Pay Pal accepted for short-notice rentals (slight additional charge).
We are Happy to Accommodate Short-Notice or Same Day Rentals when available!
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refunds will be given only with sufficient notice and the re-rental of the property. There will be a 150.00 processing fee for any cancellation.

Our Summer Rentals are weekly, Saturday to Saturday. We may have flexibility outside the dates of June 9th to Sept 15th. There also may be a minimum stay, depending upon season. Refundable Security Deposit 175.00 to 200.00 depending upon length of stay and season.

Lodging Tax: 0% -- There is no tax or other fees as we are a privately-owned unit

Other Fees:We provide plenty of pillows, blankets and comforters at no extra cost.
Additional fee may be deducted from security deposit if property is not left in reasonably good, broom-clean condition.

We accept PayPal payment for short-notice rentals

Please no spring breakers, school groups, large groups, senior weeks, etc. We and our association do not permit groups. We rent to families and responsible adults 25 and over. Thanks for understanding.
