Built in early 2011 this is a new development, the property is nestled on a lake with a beautiful fountain view perfect to watch the sun rise from the screened in lanai. The Vista has a full size kitchen, laundry room complete with washer and dryer and is fully furnished with all the comforts of feeling at home. There’s a heated sea water community pool across the lake, with a party cabana and lounge chairs.
