Deposits

reserve this unit. Security deposit will be returned upon checking-
out, if the conditions of the apartment remain as when delivered the
first day and if no violation of the Condominium regulations by the
tenants have been reported to the owners of the apartment.
Refunds
In case of cancellation, owners must be notified at least 30
days prior to the date of the arrival; otherwise, the security
deposit of $150.00 dollars will not be refunded.
