least 2 cars in driveway and plenty of street parking. This seaside
retreat includes 3 large comfortable bedrooms with a queen size bed
in the master and the 2nd bedroom, and bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom,
plus a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, kitchen with all
appliances and amenities, dining area, living room with high
cathedral ceiling, gas fire place to set the mood, and central air
and heat plus ceiling fans through out this beautifully furnished
vacation home.

3 bedrooms, sleeping capacity 8 people. 2 queen size beds, 1 set of
bunk beds and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. All beds
are equipped with pillows, blankets . Please bring your
own sheets.
There is a TV in the master bedroom along with a Jacuzzi and private
sundeck.
3 sundecks in all.
2 full bathrooms. Please bring your own towels shampoo and soap.
There is a 40 foot deep water boat slip.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, full size refrigerator with ice
maker, garbage disposal, range/oven, microwave, toaster,
teapot, coffee maker, can opener, pots and pans, dishware,
silverware and glassware service for 8, serving utensils, etc.
Dining/ Living Area: table with chairs for 8 + 2 counter stools,
and sleeper sofa. Cable TV with DVD player.

Important: We rent to families or mature adults (everyone in the
group must be
over 25 years of age). NO PROM GROUPS, SENIOR WEEK, OR SPRING BREAK
RENTALS!!! Total occupancy not to exceed ten including all
children. A quiet, well-behaved pet will be considered for an
additional charge of $25 per day or $150 per week for professional
cleaning.
