This home comes fully stocked and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. There is even room to dock up to a 75” yacht if you desire, where all your friends and family are welcome to come on board! With plenty of comfortable outdoor patio furniture, you can treat yourself to many relaxing days by the pool—under the spell of the beautiful Florida sunshine, and forgetting the
stress of your busy life.
A stainless steel custom grill station is situated poolside for outdoor cooking, and your BBQ will be set to go upon your arrival.
The open concept kitchen with patio doors opening from all east-facing rooms will ensure everyone is included in the party! There is room for outdoor eating at our table outside set for 8, or you can mingle between the kitchen and the patio.
Inside the home, you will find top of the line furniture throughout, including high definition TVs in almost every room. A stereo system that is hooked up to the main TV offers full satellite and will play any genre of music your heart desires, or feel free to plug in your iPod for your custom music
selections.The pool can be accessed by 4 points of the home, and includes a convenient cabana bathroom that is attached to the master bedroom. To prepare the perfect meal or just heat up your left-overs, the custom gourmet kitchen is laid out for serious cooking and is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, with high quality finishes throughout and all the cooking utensils you may need.
Appliances include an over the range oven, microwave, an easy clean- up ceramic cook top, a stainless steel toaster oven and even a blender to mix all the margaritas you can come up with.
The Refrigerator includes an automatic ice maker that makes enough ice to not only keep your beverages cool by the pool, but also makes you enough ice to keep your cooler cold on a hot day at the beach.
Set the timer on the coffee maker with grinder to wake up to a delicious cup of coffee, and if you absolutely must keep up with reality, wall mounted flat panel TV's with DVD player & satellite TV, along with hi-speed internet and Wi-Fi and LAN connection are available for your convenience.

Central air conditioning and heating supplies the entire home but is seldom needed in the balmy Florida winter months with the usual tropical breezes blowing from the water.

When you have had enough of the many activities the area has available or just need to get in a well- deserved nap, your top of the line mattresses in every room await your peaceful slumber. The house has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 queen sofa beds.

We make sure there are enough fresh linens, bath and beach towels for the whole family, but feel free to let us know if you will require anything extra.
