Spinnaker Condominium is just north of 40/Granada... A small, friendly, 10 unit building.
Spectacular sunrises on the ocean can be viewed from both the livingroom and bedroom balconies. Blazing sunsets over the St. John's River are seen from the west balconies.
You don't need to bring anything but your personal items. The cabinets and closets are stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and linens. Cable TV and washer & dryer are there, too. Walk on the "no drive" beach or plant your umbrella and gear and surf fish or watch the pelicans and the kite surfers.
Life is good, but, it's even better at the beach! Come on down - Relax and Enjoy!

Nearby Daytona Beach is famous for the races and the bikes. There's lots of family fun within a few miles, like, miniature golf, go carting, and the huge Daytona Flea Market. Cape Canaveral Space Center is to the south and St. Augustine and Marineland are to the north.
Of course, you can always get on I-4 and be at Disney or Sea World in less than 2 hours.
There are miles of paved bike paths running from Ormond on up into Flagler Beach and the Flagler Pier.
