Serenata Beach Club or sightseeing in historic St. Augustine, just a
10-minute drive away. And don't forget all of the fabulous

The townhome is decorated with very pleasing, relaxing colors. The
first floor is home to the game room with private bath, laundry room,
and daybed with trundle and a bunk bed. The second floor has the master suite with private master bath, along with another bedroom and private bath.
Also on the second floor is a stackable washer & dryer. The third
floor has another bedroom and bathroom as well as the kitchen, dining
room and living. All accessible by elevator! Don't forget to bring
your laptop so you can stay in touch while you are away from home!

Our townhome has everything you need to feel right at home. The
master suite is furnished with a king size bed and lovely master
bathroom complete with whirlpool tub and glass block shower. Two
additional bedrooms have queen size beds. All bedrooms have
satellite TV/DVD.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher,
garbage disposal, microwave, and smooth top electric range. Several
complete sets of dishes, flatware, glasses, storage containers and
all utensils are provided as well. This home is the best value in
St. Augustine and Vilano Beach!

Serenata Beach Club is just up the street and for only $190 per week,
all of your guests can enjoy this wonderful oceanfront Club. Cool
off in the two pools, enjoy oceanfront dining, let the kids
have fun in the structured kids programs, walk on the private beach
or work out in the fitness center.

If golf is your game, check out the World Golf Village. The Golf
Hall of Fame is also there along with the Imax Theater and
restaurants!
