About 2.5 blocks from the beach, house is on the corner with parking in front of house. 3 bedrooms and a futon in the living room will sleep 8 adults easily. After spending the day at the beach we kick back on the balcony and watch the people coming and going off the bridge. Fishing from the bridge will surpise you, we've caught anything from Sea Bass to Blues or Rays to Horseshoe crabs. What's nice is that when you need that potty break the house is a few steps away. If I'm fishing on the bridge with my boys, my wife would be watching TV or talking to friends. There are restaurants and clubs within walking distance so no driving is required. With the full kitchen you can pick up a quick dinner at the grocery store and save some cash for a really nice dinner out later in the week. We are located near the inlet, the busy end of Ocean City, close enough to enjoy the rides and games but far enough away from the noise.

There is no housekeeping so a quick cleanup before you leave is expected, you will have to bring your own sheets, towels and pillow cases. Paper products are there but not guaranteed. Check in is on Saturday 2pm and check out is the following Saturday 12noon. There is room for 3 cars in the front yard with 1 reserved for the 1st floor tenant and a small space (for a compact) in the rear of the house, on occasion I've seen a jet ski/trailer parked between the houses.

We rent from Saturday to Saturday for $1500 during the summer and $1250 in the late season after Labor Day. Nightly or weekend only are possible at the last minute but priority goes to the weekly rental. $200 deposit is required to book the apartment, refunded after your stay and with confirmation that it was left clean and without damage.
