Kitchen/Dining: Seating for 6 with additional seating at the island counter.  Fully equipped, newer appliances, 2 coffee pots, microwave, dishwasher, pantry.

Living Room: Comfy (full size) sofa, 2 recliners, cable TV, high speed internet, local & long distance telephone.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, walk-in closet, TV and private bathroom w/ walk-in shower.

Guest Bedroom: Twin beds, large closet.

Guest Bath:  Bathtub with a shower

Laundry: Washer/Dryer located conveniently indoors.

Pets: DOGS only allowed at the discretion of the owners. Please include breed in your inquiry.  ($100 non-refundable pet fee)

Rent - one price includes:  Cleaning fee ($75), Villages ID cards ($50), Tax, Utilities, Cable, Internet, Local & Long Distance Telephone, Lawn Care, Trash Removal and the local newspaper everyday (The Villages Daily Sun).

Security Deposit - only a small $49 non-refundable fee

Great location!!  Only minutes away from swimming, golf, shopping, dining and live entertainment at the town square. 

This non-smoking, clean and well maintained home has everything you need to walk in and start living. 

The Villages is an active 55+ gated community requiring ID cards and gate passes which are supplied.  With guest ID - play golf FREE (fee for cart) at over 25 Executive Golf Courses or play several Championship Courses for a minimal fee.  Enjoy spending the day relaxing by the pool, playing pickle ball, shuffleboard, or taking a class at one of the fabulous Recreational Centers.  Play cards, mahjong or one of the other activities offered in the Recreational News which you can pick up at any of the Recreation Centers.  Take a short 10 minute ride from your rental to the town square for shopping, the movies, and dining.  And don't forget there is live entertainment at the "Square" every night.  Enjoy live music and wonder about the booths shopping each Tuesday and Thursday during Vendor Night.  There's always something going on in The Villages also known as Disneyland for Adults!

Getting Here:  (SFB) Sandford/Orlando or (MCO) Orlando Airports - both less than 2 hrs away.  The Villages Transportation runs a shuttle to and from (MCO) several times a day.  Or ask the owners for information on private transportation from (SFB)
