Y-our home away from home when visiting the Yosemite Valley.

Located outside the Southern entrance of Yosemite off Hwy 41,

This 1400 sq ft cottage sits on 3 acres with beautiful city views.  While perfect for 4, it can sleep up to 6 if needed.

The home has 2 bedrooms plus a bonus room with a couch that can easily convert into a bed with a lovely topper for quality comfort. The 2 bedrooms upstairs share a "Jack and Jill" style bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and sitting area. The second room upstairs has a single daybed that can pullout to create a king size bed if needed. 

Down stairs there is a 1/2 bath, family room with reading area and dining table that can easily expand from 4 to 8 place settings.

You will enjoy expansive views and gorgeous sunsets overlooking the city of Oakhurst. There is sitting area outside with a fire pit for your enjoyment. Wisteria adorns the front of the home and there is a porch in back. There is ample parking and a paved drive that makes way for easy access all year round.

There are beautiful grounds for taking a stroll to enjoy  Y-Our Yosemite Cottage.

This home is located just outside of the town of the Oakhurst. This is a full service town with groceries and rustic restaurants that are bountiful.

You will be located only minutes from Bass lake, 30 mins from the Chuckchansi Casino and  approx 20 mins from the South Yosemite Gate which drops you into the Mariposa Giant Grove.

There is ample hiking and ATV trails in the area or enjoy antiquing, catching movie, zip lining or bowling in town.

Summer Months - March thru October

• $175.00 per night for one to two guests (stay must be for 2 or more nights)
• $205.00 per night for one to two guests (for a one night stay)
• $1200.00  weekly rate for one to two guests non holiday weeks

Winter Months - November thru February

• $160.00 per night for one to two guests (stay must be for 2 or more nights)
• $175.00 per night for one to two guests (for a one night stay)
• $1120.00 weekly rate for one to two guests

Holiday Stays:

• 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, MemorialDay, Labor Day
• Three-Night minimum stay required on Holidays
• Holiday rates are slightly higher - contact us for details

Additional Charges:

• $125.00 non refundable cleaning fee
• $650.00 fully refundable security deposit. Returned after departure and no damage verification.
• $15.00 per night for small well behaved pet
• 11% Madera lodging tax

Cancellation Policy:

We want your stay to be as memorable as possible and we take great care in making everything perfect for your vacation. Please keep in mind while we hold you a reservation, other guests are being turned away. If you have to cancel please let us know as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

• For cancellations made 4 weeks or more prior to arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $100.00 processing fee   
• For cancellations made 4 - 2 weeks prior to arrival date, we will refund your deposit less 50% of your deposit for processing   
• For cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date, payment will be kept but security deposit will be returned
